She is temporarily released from her duties as his personal plaything and sippy cup so she may get bathed. She enters the enormous bathroom to draw a bath for herself only to find Shu listlessly soaking in it, fully clothed. Then she learns to her sorrow that she doesn't have a single ally in the entire household. |

| 04 | Episode 4 Yui accidentally displeases teddy bear-holding Kanato by incorrectly guessing what he wants from her, and he punishes her for her lack of comprehension skills by displacing her school bag, which in turn causes her to displease Laito by being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Laito proceeds to punish her using decidedly less childish methods, and mocks her for believing in something that can't physically save her from the evil that is him. |

| 05 | Episode 5 Kanato finds Yui in the rose garden as she tries to sort out the new information about who betrayed her and gave her up as a sacrifice. He beckons her to follow him so he may show off a graveyard containing the grave of his mother. Assuming he would like some time alone, Yui attempts to leave which only infuriates Kanato with misplaced anger. Reeling from this experience, Yui wanders through the estate, and becomes worried when she hears groans coming from Reiji's room. Much to her folly, she enters the room to see if he needs help. |

| 06 | Episode 6 Yui refuses to accept that she should suddenly stop showing compassion towards her fellow man merely because they are vampires, and allows herself to be led to one of Kanato's most favorite places in his little world. As she views his family's collection of wax figures all in bridal wear, she finds herself eerily aware that things are not as benign as they appear. Kanato confirms her suspicions and gleefully sets to adding her to their collection, until he is interrupted by a summons. Later, Subaru tells her to escape, but she decides not to, so Subaru gives her a silver knife which can kill vampires. |

| 08 | Episode 8 Yui asks the triplets about the woman in the purple dress who she spotted in the garden, and learns the grusome truth about what befell their mother. Yui runs out of the house in horror and collapses sobbing in the garden, only to be approached by Subaru, who demands she keep her distance from him, or else. Yui spends a sleepless night in her chamber, made less restful by the arrival of an unwanted guest. |

| 09 | Episode 9 Yui experiences more chest pains and leaves the mansion in the middle of the night to seek answers from Shu. At first, he is unhelpful but quickly becomes interested in obliging her request for answers by forcibly tasting her blood to verify that it has indeed changed somehow. As she finally gets an answer to the question most prominent on her mind, whether or not her father knowingly sacrificed his daughter to these monsters, that answer becomes irrelevant in so many ways as the awakening is nigh. |

The Mukami brothers are taken aback when Ruki tells them to take more of Yui's blood to become Adam. Thereafter, Yui is locked in the room and the brothers feed on her every day. In her weakened state, she hears a familiar voice. Surprised, she turns to the voice to see the figure of Ayato Sakamaki. |

| 09 | Episode 21 Yui Komori wakes up in her room in the Sakamaki mansion where Laito Sakamaki forcibly feeds on her blood. Laito comments that Yui has changed and tries to take more blood, but Reiji interferes and tells Yui to come to the living room. In the living room, Reiji asks about the Mukami brothers and Yui tells him all she knows. When she's done, Reiji appears as though he has figured everything out. Once the 6 Sakamaki brothers have gathered, Reiji explains that on the next full moon,-- a lunar eclipse which will occur in the human world and demon world simultaneously— vampires will lose significant amount of power. Ayato feels there’s nothing to be concerned, but Shu warns them not to take the situation lightly. Feeling Reiji knows something about Eve, Yui goes to his room to question him. Reiji tells her she doesn’t need to know and feeds on her blood... |

| 10 | Episode 22 Yui Komori resists while Shu Sakamaki takes her blood and this makes Shu crave it even more. In the Mukami mansion, Kou, Yuma, and Azusa Mukami are perplexed about Ruki allowing Ayato to take Yui. As they try to question Ruki on his intentions, a pack of wolves invade their mansion. Meanwhile, Yui stares out the window in the Sakamaki mansion when Kanato appears. He takes Yui's blood by force when suddenly, an injured Azusa appears. One of the Mukami brothers are to become “Adam” by drinking Yui’s blood, but Ruki got frustrated when there was no sign of the awakening. Yui stays to look after Ruki when he comes to. When asked why she’s there, Yui tell him she was brought there by Azusa. Yui suggests telling the others his troubles, to which Ruki responds angrily but begins revealing his torment... |

| 12 | Episode 24 After the Mukami brothers were attacked by wolves, the Sakamaki brothers are attacked as well. They fight off the wolves despite their injuries. The Sakamaki brothers reach a conlusion that the Founders are behind the attacks and they're after Yui Komori. To protect Yui, Ayato heads to the Mukami mansion once again. Ayato informs Yui and Ruki about the attacks by the Founders and that their true objective is Yui. Not wanting to cause any more trouble, Yui wants to separate herself from the others, but Ayato and Ruki objects. Ruki suggests a truce between Sakamaki's and Mukami's in order to protect Yui from the Founders. Ayato reluctantly agrees but emphasizes that Yui belongs to him and drinks her blood... |
