Elberth (エルバース, Erubāsu) is the King of Wolves Clan and was in love with Lady Krone.
Appearance
Carla mentions that Elberth have similar looks like Shin such as strawberry blond hair and golden eyes.
Personality
He is a kind person and a trusted ally of Karlheinz. Elberth also respected his father and followed in his footsteps to become a peaceful ruler. He hates wars and oppression. He didn't took part in the war with either sides and choose to be out of it. He sided with Karlheinz and deeply respected him. He cut all his ties with Giessbach after he declared war and refused to side with him. He loved Krone deeply and dearly wanted to be with her even when she married Giesbach then he wished her well. He forgave her knowning about the pain which she endured. Elberth is also honest as he sincerely tell him the truth about his mother's past. He accepts Shin as his own son and told him to visit his castle anytime he wished.
History
Elberth was born in the royal family of Wolves Clan. He is the son of King Gottfired and he respected his father for being a peaceful ruler. During sometime he fell in love with Krone. This relationship wasn't able to proceed further, however, because of Krone's blood ties with the Founders. She would later suffer greatly because of this. Due to the taboo nature of this love affair, this story considered forbidden amongst the Founders but due to some circumstances it couldn't happen and she went to marry Giessbach.
Elberth understanding the nature of their relationship and respecting her decisions he forgave Krone.
Gottfried the Wolves King, he and his race were allied with the vampire race but did not participate in the war, and they always remained within their kingdom and territories in the world of demons, since they were not in no direct way touched and threatened but Elberth was a friend of Karlheinz and he indirectly fought with him in The Millennial War of Demons and The Kings.
He along with Karlheinz sealed the Antenate Castle with the few race member remaining all by the spell, and then manipulated the minds of most demons around the world of demons to make them forget about the existence of the ancestor race.
He became the next king of Wolves Clan after he succeeded his father before his died. He would become a peaceful ruler just like his father.
Relationships
Karlheinz
Karlheinz and Elberth have a close friendship, often visiting each other and spending time together. He respects Karlheinz. He aided him in sealing and defeating the vampire and first blood clans.
Krone
Lord Elberth and Krone were lovers and were very closed. He fell in love with Krone due to her kind and sweet nature. Elberth respected her and protected her from any harm. He was later hurt when she married King Giessbach. Later when he learned that she died it made him very sad still remembering her kindness but he forgave her for hurting him.
Shin Tsukinami
Shin thought that he was Elberth's son as a result of the affair then Elberth told him that he was in relationship with his mother but Shin wasn't his son which shocked him. Elberth told him that he accepts Shin as his own son and that he can also see him as a father figure and will help him anytime he needs. He even welcomes him to his castle. Shin accepts his kindness.
Abilities
As a King of the Wolves, one can assume he has the ability to transform into a wolf, snake, bat and an eagle. It is assumed Elberth possesses all of the basic/passive abilities for a First Blood. He can manipulates the minds of most demons around the world of demons and he can also make them forget about anything.

- Carla though Shin was Elberth's son because he was in love with Krone before she married Giessbach.
